Using this site
You agree to provide accurate, complete information. Submitting false details about a citation, your identity or your driving record may result in us declining the matter without refund.
The service
For the fee we quote you we review your citation and evidence, check the weather and daylight record against the officer's stated conditions, advise you on the likely outcome, and where we accept the matter, appear on your behalf to seek a dismissal or reduction.
Fees and refunds
Fees are quoted per case and generally range from $150 to $500 depending on the charge; criminal charges are quoted separately. The quoted fee is due before we appear. If we decline your matter after review, or your citation is outside the areas we serve, we refund the fee in full. The fee is not refundable once we have appeared in court on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You must respond to our requests for information, keep us informed of address and contact changes, and appear personally if the court requires it. Missing a required appearance can result in additional charges that are outside our control.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this service is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under professional conduct rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown here at the time you submit your case is the version that applies to that case.
