How it works

   You submit the citation

   Enter the citation or reference number, the issuing state, the county and court, and the date, time and location of the stop. Everything is saved to your account so you can come back to it.

   You tell us what happened

   Write the stop in your own words: where you were going, what the traffic was doing, what the officer said. Detail helps. There is no wrong way to write it.

3. 3

   You upload your evidence

   A clear photo of the front and back of the ticket, plus anything else that helps: signage, road conditions, dash camera stills, repair or insurance records.

4. 4

   We check the weather record

   We pull the official hourly weather for the exact place and time of the stop, compare it with the conditions written on the citation, and flag contradictions such as clear and dry when it was raining, or daylight after sunset.

5. 5

   We confirm your fee, then you pay

   We review your case and quote a fee, usually between $150 and $500 depending on the charge. Payment is handled through our secure firm payment page, and your case is already saved so you can pay right away or come back to it.

6. 6

   An attorney takes over

   We confirm the charge and court date, contact the court or prosecutor, and work toward a dismissal or reduction. You get updates on your case page and by email.
