How it is stored
Your case record and uploads are stored in a private, access-controlled system. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible. Only you and authorised members of our firm can open them.
Sharing
We share case information with courts, prosecutors and the DMV only as required to handle your matter. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Third-party services
Location and historical weather data are retrieved from public mapping and weather services using the location you type in. Payments are processed on our firm's secure payment page; card details never touch this website.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your case information or ask us to delete it once our professional record-keeping obligations have ended. Contact us at the number or address on our contact page.
